I am a Recruiting Specialist based in The Netherlands, working internationally on recruiting projects and providing recruiting consultancy, covering 15+ years of experience in the recruiting space.
You can hire me as a recruiting consultant, interim/contract recruiter, talent sourcer and blogger, but basically I am interested in all things (social) recruiting.
In 2005 I founded Recruiting Essentials, a consulting and business service that helps companies finding talent and optimizing recruiting practices, leveraging social media for recruitment and developing social recruiting strategies.
