Front-end Rich Internet Application developer, for the international Search Marketing Firm 24/7 Realmedia. Doron’s role as a RIA includes developing and maintaining existing applications, as part of the company’s portfolio. The main application of 24/7 Realmedia is DNA. Decide DNA is a search engine marketing (SEM) platform that enables our search marketers to automate, streamline and manage the entire campaign management process. Decide DNA continuously analyzes the SEM campaign to determine the most profitable creative units, keywords, landing pages and other elements, and automatically adjusts its keyword bids based on parameters defined by the advertiser.

Doron’s duties include: - Development & Maintenance utilising Flex 4 (Cairngorm/Parsley frameworks), Coldfusion 9 & J2EE of in-house applications DecideDNA - Collaborate with other UI developers and Chief Architect in finding new and innovative approaches to customising components of the application and framework - Experience in Quality Assurance Testing during release management of the application - Technical document writing, for functional specifications and new technology proposals - Researching improvements in workflow, from knowledge-sharing to Unit Testing techniques, development tools and framework components that would enrich our existing infrastructure.

Doron’s accomplishments include: - Development of components in the DNA application solution - Development and contribution to three major releases of DNA, including a re-build of DNA in 2010. - Quick turn-around in maintenance of existing code and infrastructure, in Flex/Coldfusion/Java and minor development in Perl. - Researching the best tools for use with Eclipse IDE, as well as ‘best-practice’ methodologies to implement, such as introduction of testing and Flex PMD.

Doron travelled and worked for one of Cyprus’ largest private companies, Quality Group Developers, establishing a succinct Information Technology Department to support the innovative infrastructure of the company. As a part-Systems Administrator, part-Web Developer, Doron as the sole developer of the company oversaw Email Exchange and Network infrastructure overhall of the company, to ensure it meets the European standards for a I.T-enabled company, and as a developer, updated, maintained, consulted on a new website for the company, training existing staff and introducing a collaborative Wiki environment for cross-departmental sharing of information.

Using tools such as HTML/CSS/Coldfusion/.NET, Doron had been working on a new website for QG, as well as QG UK branch.

Doron’s first full-time employment was with CommonWealth Bank Retail Banking Services in Sydney, with the first half of my career as a Systems Officer and the later as a Web Developer.

Doron’s duties included: - Analysis/diagnosis of system issues to ensure release within budget and to agreed quality standards. - Assist in end-to-end operations of Transact, Probe and Triad systems and wok closely with third party vendors to ensure reliability of systems, free of defects. - Proficiency Transact and SDS (Strategy Manager). - Undertake system management tasks such as capacity management, incident management in line with ITIL principles. - Develop and update documentation on systems and components. - Conduct SIT testing for various systems, such as NETBANK

As a Web Developer, Doron worked on small fast-turnover projects for Commbank, using front-end web technologies such as XHTML/CSS/Javascript and Photoshop. In addition, Doron worked on large projects, representing my department in the introduction of a new credit card solutions tool for the bank.

Doron was president of the University Social Club chapter of the Australian Union of Jewish Students, and presided and grew a club from virtual non-existence to becoming self-sufficient, catering for Jewish students locally and abroad, interacting with other clubs and implementing measures to ensure the club is sustained with a long future. Doron used diplomatic and skilled management of the club to ensure it’s finances were well maintained, ensured through communication with other clubs that it was able to achieve the maximum funding from the University and can acclaim to having been recognised through the local media as well various international politicians for it’s achievement in the short period of time.
