Responsible for web architecture, infrastructure, customer support, project management, application development, and quality assurance.

• Manage a team of 4 project managers, 21 web developers, 6 QA engineers, and 5 customer support webmasters using onshore and offshore resources. Manage $5.5M expense departmental budget and a 14 million capital project budget.

• Architected a high availability and centralized interactive infrastructure including applications supporting 200+ newspaper and broadcast station websites serving over 130 million page views monthly. Implemented tablet and smart phone mobile applications and websites.

• Successfully led multi-year $6M project which included RFI, RFP, vendor section, and multi location implementation.

• Implemented formal IT policies and procedures including, project portfolio management, change and production control, and software development standards.

• Hands-on oversight of system architecture and hardware planning.
